A report indicates a weak tornado tracked for about 7 km from Melrose to West London prior to the London tornado touching down. No significant damage was logged in the report. According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (2018), an F0 tornado touched down at 6:15 pm EDT near Melrose, ON. The track and width of the tornado was not documented by ECCC. The tornado caused no injuries, fatalities or property damage.
