Gardenton, MB F0 Tornado of August 12, 1994

Figure 1 shows the surface observations at 10:00 pm CDT, which shows a low pressure system over Hudson Bay with a cold front extending southwest across southern Manitoba. This cold front was the focus for thunderstorms in the evening hours of August 12th, which ultimately led to this tornado in southeastern Manitoba.

According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (2018), an F0 tornado touched down at 10:00 pm CDT near Gardenton, MB. The track and width of the tornado was not documented by ECCC. The tornado caused no fatalities, injuries or property damage.
