National Centers for Environmental Information reports:
A tornado was reported at Lake Metigoshe, with all damage reports coming from the Canadian side of the border. The tornado lifted soon after crossing into North Dakota. Newspaper articles stated that there was damage near Lake Metigoshe in Manitoba, Canada. From the Bottineau County, North Dakota, Unites States side, no damage was reported.
