Witnesses observe probable EF0 tornado touching down outside Barrie, no damage
Based on witness descriptions, this EF0 tornado was classified as probable after it was reportedly observed in the Springwater area. It touched down at about 3:45pm about 10km to the northwest of Barrie and did not produce any damage.
