Weak F1 tornado causes tree damage to forest
This brief and weak tornado was confirmed through aerial surveys in the days following May 31, 1985. An isolated half-kilometre long swath of tree damage was found ~2km south of Essa just east of County Road 56 with no buildings damaged. It was the 4th confirmed tornado produced by the “northern supercell” on that day.
