2021-06-08 Skunked – part 2

Welcome to part 2 of “Getting Skunked with Kurtis”

I managed to limp the van home down every unused backroad between Weyburn and home safely.

Walked in the house and sat down on the couch, what a day, glad that is over. Lets look at the radar before calling it a night.

Crap – There are a few cells moving towards my west. This is the point where all the common sense I have ever had was screaming at me to just call it a day and go to bed. So unloaded the gear from the van into the car and off I went for round 2.

Round 2 was marginally better then round 1. I did not break a vehicle this time, I actually used my camera and I found a new location that I think will make for an awesome vantage point next time a storm rolls through. I still did not get any pictures worth taking, but I am going to call this round a tie.

For those keeping score I am at 0 wins, 1 loss and 1 tie for today. I think that meets the criteria required to say I was skunked.
