Headingly, MB F0 Tornado of June 13, 2007

Portage La Prairie - Headingly - Brunkild


Figure 1 depicts the surface observations at 7:00 pm CDT, which shows a stationary front across extreme southeastern Manitoba. This front was the focus for thunderstorms across southeastern Manitoba in the evening hours of June 13th, which ultimately led to this tornado.

According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (2018), an F0 tornado touched down at 7:20 pm CDT near Headingly, MB. The path and width of the tornado was not documented by ECCC. No property damage was documented for this tornado.
