Toutes Aides, MB F0 Tornado of August 28, 1991

Figure 1 shows the surface observations at 7:00 am CDT, which shows an outflow boundary moving across southern Manitoba and a stationary front extending east across Manitoba. This stationary front was the focus for thunderstorms in the early morning hours of August 28th, which ultimately led to this tornado.

According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (2018), an F0 tornado touched down at 7:20 am CDT near Toutes Aides, MB. The track and width of the tornado was not documented by ECCC. The tornado caused no fatalities, injuries or property damage.
