Our initial target was Oklahoma City, but as we were grabbing a quite lunch, the first storm of the day was developing near Kingfisher, Oklahoma.

We found a better spot to watch the storm, and just as we stopped, the tornado developed.

This tornado did no damage as it skipped across the mainly open countryside.

Bryce has been chasing storms since 2003. Growing up on a farm in North Central Kansas, weather has always played a big role in his life. In 2018, Bryce finished his Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University. His favorite weather memory would have to be seeing a large wedge tornado with a satellite tornado in 2007. When Bryce isn’t on the road chasing storms, he enjoys spending time with friends, cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats, and traveling. He hopes to visit every National Weather Service radar site in the nation, visiting over 135 thus far. Bryce is often heard on KAKE-TV, tracking storms all across Kansas and the Midwest.
