This turned out to be one of the days that just teases the hell out of a person. There was a brief moment North West of Assiniboia that looked like it may turn into something, but shortly after that it turned into a high precipitation mess and that turned out to be the theme for the day. On the positive side, all the rain that is laying around now should be excellent storm juice for the coming days/weeks!
